Florida Hamilton School

Just finished a fantastic conference on the Challenges of Sovereignty at the Hamilton School in the University of Florida.  I gave one of the keynote lectures on 'Sovereignty and Absolution' - exploring some of the themes I've been recording in this blog.

It was a wonderful event, which provided an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and colleagues and meet new ones.  This was probably one of the best conferences on sovereignty I attended.  There is talk of converting the papers into a volume.  I hope it goes forward.
