Grotius in Delft

I had a chance to visit Delft today and paid proper tribute to Grotius at his final resting place in the Nieuwe Kerk.  

The silver wreath at the base of the memorial was a gift from the American delegation to the International Peace Conference on the occasion of the founding of the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

Window 16 is the Grotius window.  Here were some details that I could catch from my limited viewing angle.
