NYU
The academic year is just about over at Berkeley, and I am now getting ready for a few things coming up in the next month.
I will be in New York at the end of May to participate in this conference at NYU Law School. The organizers have encouraged us to spread the word throughout our networks: I'll be doing a paper on Grotius' theory of 'expletive' and 'attributive' justice, a close read of Grotius I, 1, §8 and the corresponding parts of his textbook on Roman-Dutch law.
